Postcode Earth Trust has a mission to support appreciation of the natural, creative and built environment through activities that promote awareness and understanding. The Trust supports charities and good causes with those purposes through grant funding.

Our current beneficiaries (including those we plan to fund going forward) are:

Canal and River Trust

Canal & River Trust cares for and brings to life 2,000 miles of canals and rivers across England & Wales. They believe waterways have the power to make a difference to people's lives and that spending time by water can make us all healthier and happier.

ClientEarth are activist lawyers committed to securing a healthy planet. They use environmental law to protect oceans, forests, and other habitats as well as all people.

Ellen MacArthur Foundation

The Ellen MacArthur Foundation's mission is to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy.

Friends of the Earth

Friends of the Earth England, Wales and Scotland has more than 200 local activist groups and is part of the largest grass roots environmental network in the world, uniting over 2 Million supporters and some 5,000 local groups in more than 75 countries.

Greenpeace

Greenpeace is a movement of people who are passionate about defending the natural world from destruction. Its vision is a greener, healthier and more peaceful planet, one that can sustain life for generations to come.

Keep Britain Tidy is an environmental charity that has three goals – to eliminate litter, end waste and improve places.

National Trust

National Trust looks after the places you love, from houses, buildings and gardens to coast and countryside. They look after special places of historic interest or natural beauty permanently for the benefit of the nation, forever, for everyone.

National Trust for Scotland is Scotland’s largest conservation and membership charity. Their purpose is to protect, conserve and promote Scottish heritage.
